The process of manufacturing convector heaters is carried out using the most modern and high-performance european machinery and applying some of the most advanced world technologies. The active quality system ensures control over each and every step of the technological process, from designing the devices and procuring materials and components to shipment and warranty service. Materials and components are only used in the manufacturing process if they pass thorough quality control. Thereafter, components, details and assembly units pass the necessary control tests on every stage of the manufacturing process. Every product undergoes hydraulic-pressure and pneumatic tests.
In total Isoterm Firm manufactures over 100 different convector heater models available in approximately 600 000 sizes, with various connection types. The procurement lead time is from 7 to 15 days depending on the amount of devices needed.
